Columbia Valley AVA Bulk Wine Auction
On behalf of the LLC Plan Agent for Claar Cellars, Musser Bros. is presenting this unique opportunity to bid on and buy this offering of approximately 128,440 gallons of Columbia Basin wines.
A majority of the wine is currently stored in stainless tanks. Some of the wine is in oak barrels. If you wish to transport the wine in barrels, barrels must be purchased for $120 for a set of two barrels. A 4-barrel rack can be purchased for $240. Alternatively, at buyer's direction, the Seller will transfer the barrel inventory to stainless tanks prior to pickup.

You are bidding on a per gallon price. Terms of Delivery: Buyer is responsible for transporting wine from 1081 Glenwood Road, Pasco, WA 99301. The winery may have staff to assist with loading.
Delivery Period: Buyer will have until May 11, 2023 to take delivery of wine.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be tendered within 24 hours of auction closing, and prior to taking possession of wine. Any necessary adjustments to the final gallonage will be made subsequent to final delivery.
Other Terms: Bids must be made for the entire individual lot, i.e. "Cab Fran 2020 for 2,795 gallons at $1.75 per gallon.”

The Grantor Trust is solely responsible for commissions due. To the extent buyer uses a broker, buyer is responsible for any buy-side commissions due.
The highest total offer for all combined lots is subject to a first right of refusal held by a stalking horse bidder. If stalking horse bidder exercises its right to beat the highest total bid for all lots, then the stalking horse bidder will become the buyer.
