Auction & Seller Information

Patrick Dennis Holland Estate

This estate is exceptionally large in scope and will be offered through three separate auctions. Mr. Holland was a proud Vietnam veteran, and we are honored to recognize and appreciate his service to our country.

Mr. Holland lived a somewhat private and reclusive lifestyle and accumulated an impressive collection of tools, equipment, and personal property over the years. He had excellent taste in the items he purchased, and many of the shop tools, equipment, and office furnishings are new or appear to have seen very little use.

The shop is truly every craftsman’s dream, featuring an extensive selection of quality tools and equipment capable of tackling virtually any project—from building and fabrication to mechanical work and everything in between. This is an exceptional opportunity to purchase high-quality equipment and personal property from a remarkable estate.

Auction #1: John Deere tractor, Gator, Lawn 'n Garden, Attachments, Shop equipment, and Misc.

Auction #2: Toyota Prius hybrid auto, Toyota pickup, Home furnishings, Electronics and More.

Auction #3: Real Estate includes 2 story house, 2 large shops/pole buildings & 12 acres with Hwy 212 frontage.
