Frequently Asked Real Estate Auction Questions

Why are these properties being sold at auction? Our sellers are goal-driven, motivated sellers that want to sell their home.  Auction allows sellers to set the terms and timeframe for their sales transaction and at the same time, allows all interested buyers to participate in establishing what the property is worth. Auction is the ultimate method to allow transparent price discovery.

Do I have to pay cash on auction day? No.  The high bidder on auction day will need to deposit 10% of the total contract price, and will have until May 31, 2022 to close the transaction.  You can have a financing component, however it is important to know that your bidding is not contingent upon financing or appraisal so make sure you're pre-approved and ready to go before the auction.

Are these bank foreclosures? No.  Our sellers are everyday homeowners who have decided to offer their home at public auction to allow all interested parties to participate in an open and transparent bidding environment.  

Can I inspect the properties in person? Absolutely!  All properties will have designated preview periods posted on our website at Auction Info. Where can I find out information about the properties? All information such as taxes, HOA fees, square footage and property details are listed under each property. In addition each property has additional documents available under the Documents Section on the Property Detail Page. These documents might include, preliminary title report, covenants, maps, property disclosures and more. Is there minimum bids or reserve prices? All properties are sold subject to the the final approval by our sellers.  We work exclusively with goal-driven sellers who are motivated to sell.

What do I need to do to participate in the auction? The auction will take place on Tuesday, April 12 at 7pm at our auction facility located in Pasco, WA at 3125 Rickenbacker Drive.  Doors will open at 5pm for early registration and the auction will get underway at 7pm.
